starlookups.cc provides an open-source intelligence (OSINT) lookup platform that allows users to:

Look up publicly available information associated with Discord user IDs
Check whether email addresses are registered on various third-party platforms
Cross-reference data from publicly accessible breach notification databases

The Service aggregates publicly available data and does not access any private, encrypted, or otherwise protected systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You shall not:

Use the Service to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
Use the Service to facilitate identity theft, fraud, or any criminal activity
Attempt to access accounts or systems belonging to others without authorization
Use results obtained from the Service to discriminate against any person
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Service without express permission
Circumvent rate limits, captcha verification, or other protective measures
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure

Warning: Misuse of this Service for illegal purposes, including but not limited to harassment, doxxing, or unauthorized access, may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

The Service retrieves information from publicly accessible sources and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data returned. Results should be considered informational only and not relied upon for any decision-making without independent verification.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
